TPS is completely independent from any audit firm and,
indeed, from any other professional adviser.
- This eliminates
concerns under Sarbannes-Oxley or other similar compliance requirements.
- TPS has no interest in 'cross-selling' other work to
you, whether tax or other professional services. (It can,
however, introduce you to other UK and overseas professional advisers,
if you request.)
