Introduction

Welcome to the website of Transfer Pricing Solutions ("TPS").

TPS is a UK company founded by Gareth Green to provide specialist advice and assistance on:

  • transfer pricing
  • thin capitalisation and
  • associated international tax issues.
In response to high demand, TPS has now expanded its capacity with the addition of Peter Male.  Through TPS, Gareth and Peter provide partner-level 'Big 4' transfer pricing expertise on an independent, flexible, freelance basis, at fee rates considerably lower than the Big 4 accountancy firms.
